Just wanted to say a big thank you to WB for the news that Strange Brew is coming. Since it's going to be Summer of 2002, this should give you folks time to produce a nice Special Edition DVD. In case you're still finalizing the contents, here are some suggestions:
16x9 Anamorphic (Believe it or not, Original Theatrical Aspect Ratio for comedies - for ALL films - DOES matter);
Digitally mastered soundtrack;
Theatrical Trailer & TV Spots;
Audio Commentry with Rick Moranis & Dave Thomas as Bob & Doug McKenzie(a la Spinal Tap);
New Retrospective Featurette;
A special "Follow the mouse in a beer bottle" feautre that would lead to some original "Great White North" sketches from SCTV;
Original Poster Art for the DVD cover
Anyone else have other ideas? Let Warner Bros. know what you'd like!

Oh my god, an in character commentary would be brilliant! I would forgo all other extras just to get that! It would be nice if they could license some SCTV Bob and Doug clips though.
Think they'll be able to get Max von Sydow to be a part of the SE?
