Great news indeed. Even better since Infogrames is the current license holder for D&D and maybe this means that Bioware might continue to produce D&D themed games. Also, since I should finish Wizardry 8 this weekend (or next week) I will be all ready for my next role playing installment [IMG]

As an Infogrames stockholder, I recommend everyone here each buy several copies of "Neverwinter Nights"... [IMG]

NA. It was actually GT Interactive when I bought it.

Is this also coming out on Xbox? For some reason I have that idea stuck in my head. Perhaps I got it confused with Morrowind...

    Dave,

There were rumors of Neverwinter being released on the X-box a good while back when the game was just getting off the ground. They were never substantiated and last I read the producer of the game Trent Oster said that they were not opposed to a console port but nothing has been discussed.

This was reported a very long time ago on IGN and I would have to search through there archives to find the link but I do remember reading it. Given that the selling point of this title is the tool set that will be included I'm not sure how well a port to a console would turn out (though I'm open to anything).

You may have read the same report and that maybe why the X-box came to mind.

Thanks for clearing that up Brian. I wasn't sure since Ubi released Pools of Radiance (A disaster of a game IMHO). Now we just all have to play the waiting game until this one finally arrives and steals away whats left of my precious social life[IMG].
