There is a new Texas Chainsaw Massacre DVD out in the UK, but I live in the US. Does anybody know where I can order this from?

This will be a PAL DVD, coded for Region 2. You do have a multi-region player with PAL conversion, correct?

It is basically the same disc that is available in the US, but has The Shocking Truth documentary as a second disc. It is still non-anamorphic.

Worth getting if you don't own the original disc.

if it's the old transfer, it's also a rather poor one. Seems to be taken from a tape master...if you have a large TV, in dark scenes you can see slow "rolling" interference that is VERY indicative of an old tape master. Also, it's from a workprint. the original master print is damaged beyond repair, which does not bode well for a future remastered release.

The Elite Laserdisc is still the way to go with this one if you can play that format (and get someone to give up that disc).
