Why not? Everyone else is running except for my kitty Duke. He wants to vote for the Free Dinner ticket.

All the time. Maybe more so than some of the other branches.

Jeezus It's been over a month since I last popped in here. Shameful! There was a time when people here were wondering if I was on this forum 24/7. My feeble excuse decades ago is that I kept forgetting to log out after each visit so my um 'pilot light' was constantly on.

Hello Dennis, I knew it would all end in tears. She was rubbish for Brexit, bollocksed it up. Will it be Boris? He is the favorite. But he is prone to buffoonery, we shall see. I doubt we Brits will vote another woman as PM, not this century.

What else is new? The last film I saw at the cinema was Avengers Endgame. More than 3 hours long and I didn't need a toilet break (pats self on back). Spectacular but it's far from being my favorite Marvel movie and its two hours in before we see any decent action, plus I hated the two endings.

    Spidey's up next.

    Me, too.

But I was talking to my son today...and he's interested in both the new Terminator movie and when I said I wanted to go see John Wick 3, he said he'd be in for that one, too.

Peg and I just recently took in A Dog's Journey. If you like movies about dogs, it's a good one. My mini-review is HERE.

Ernie wanted to go with us:

Mike, I'll probably enjoy John Wick 3 more than Endgame, when I finally see it. As an action movie junkie the first two were like the holy grail of the, admittedly small, 'vengeful-hitman-goes-insane' genre.

    A Dog's Journey I'm not interested in, is there A Cat's Journey movie? :)

Russ, I want to see Tarantino's latest chit-chat heavy fact twister but I can wait for the DVD, sorry Blu-ray. His film came away empty-handed at Cannes, Bong Joon-Ho's Parasite was the big winner. I have two of Joon-Ho's films on blu-ray Snowpiercer and The Host.

Dennis, they were slaughtered by the Brexit Party, wow! What's remarkable is Nigel Farage's party was only formed 6 weeks ago.
History was made here today. No need for a second referendum, the message was loud and clear. We want OUT!

Since it's been proven that a new political party, starting from scratch, can be successful, little Dukie is now organizing the Repeal The 13th Amendment party. The goal of this new party will be to allow kitties to keep human slaves.

Hey, I get it, the world is broken, nothing makes sense, but we get a NEW RAMBO MOVIE!

It can't possibly be as good as the last bloodbath, but I might sneak to the theater for it.

Rambo's back! btw that was a tagline to Rambo III, one of the teaser posters showed Rambo with his back to the camera and the words "Rambo's back!" on top. :D Love it.

Nice trailer. It will be added to the collection. I hope they don't kill him off. I'm hoping to see Rambo vs Predator eventually, in the jungles of the Amazon, hopefully they won't have to CGI Rambo. Rambo vs Rocky might be tricky but it can be done.

King Kong vs Rambo hmm might be stretching things a bit, but interesting, especially if gay Kong aka Konga, takes a fancy to Johnny boy.
