You may be tempted by SplashDVD's low prices. Don't be.
The DVD's take weeks (sometimes months) to arrive.

I knew this, having used them before, but decided to order a couple of discs that I wasn't too bothered about receiving quickly.
However, there was a bit of a mixup with my credit card (which they wasted no time informing me of) and I sent them an e-mail asking them to clarify the situation.I then got two contradictory e-mails - one implying the order hadn't gone through, the other (the first) saying it was awaiting dispatch.
Two weeks and four e-mails later I've heard absolutely nothing back, so now I don't know whether the discs are coming or not.I've cancelled the order but - needless to say - have received no confirmation of this request.

Cheap prices. Exceptionally slow delivery. No reply to e-mails. You have been warned.

P.S I know the thread says SUSTOMER services, but I don't know how to fix it !
