Is there any advantage {picture wise}to use a digital coaxial cable to connect a vcr to a tv/monitor? Standard RCA cables look so weak!

A Digital Coaxial cable is an RCA cable. Could you be talking about CATV Coax looking so weak?

I have never found any difference in video quality using the RF/Coax cable vs the Composite Video output on my VCR. (That yellow RCA jack on the VCR puts out Composite video.)
