Tehran on Apple TV (1 Viewer)

Anyone else watching Tehran on Apple TV? I just finished it last night and was very impressed. It’s a spy thriller about Israeli agents trying to pull off an operation in Iran. The show definitely benefits from its novel setting as many classic spy tropes seem fresh here. I was definitely left wanting more after episode 8 and am hoping for a second season.

Over the past couple of months I watched all 16 episodes (S1 and S2) currently available. I agree that the novel setting and characters - Israel's Mossad and Iran's Revolutionary Guards (Sepah) - are something different for Western audiences. I found it to be engrossing. I see that they recently announced there will be a S3, and a famous actor will join the cast (you can Google it - I won't spoil here). Worth watching if you like this sort of thing.
