I usually go back and forth between Goodfellas and Taxi Driver, usually choosing the one I saw last. Right now that would Goodfellas. I love Raging Bull, especially DeNiro, and the camera work, but put it after the others under discussion.

Difficult one this, to put it mildly, all three are brilliant, but I grew up with Taxi Driver, its been a favorite of mine for ages, so I'll go with that, a great movie. Followed by Goodfellas and Raging Bull.
