Is there a Market for these things on DVD, considering there are so many of 'em? For example, it would be great to have The Early Years of the Price is Right on DVD, and David Letterman Show, wich I beleive came before his Late Night NBC gig.

I would say no, simply because they make something like 6 of them a week...

Season 1 of 'The Price is Right' would be about 55-60 discs long...

I would say no as well, I don't see to many people wanting this kind of stuff on DVD. I probably wouldn't buy something like this.

Absolutely. As a game show junkie with over 5000 eps. the best hope is to just tape off Game Show Network and maybe one day transfer them to DVD.

You can find a few of those types of shows on DVD.
Johnny Carson has DVDs out; Survivor is basically a gameshow; there's even some DVDs for Jerry Springer [IMG]
