Okay, now just hear me out on this because I know that there are one or two people out there who will agree with me on this. On the open-matte VHS version, in an early scene, Ed Harris wears only a towel. He walks into the living room, plops down in a chair, and the towel lifts up to give viewers a very quick glimpse of...well, you know. However, on the OAR DVD, this bit is matted out. Now, as much as I respect a director's vision and believe that a film must be presented as intended by the director, I have to admit that in this particular case, a(n) MAR might be preferable (or at least provided as an option on a double-sided disc). The above is submitted respectfully and with tongue planted firmly in cheek.
