SVS setup help (1 Viewer)

My SVS 20-39 pci is suppose to arrive tommorrow. I have a Pioneer 1014 and was wondering what do I need to do get this sub setup correctly. Do I just hook it up and run the auto calibration thing. I dont have a test disk or a spl meter so Im not sure. I just want to get things set the best possible way. Any help or thoughts would be great.

Go the auto cal route to get you going. Then get a RatShack Analogue SPL meter, and refine your setup.
Plenty of threads here and on other forums to tell you how cal your sub.
I took the same route.
