    last week one of subs quit and after a few e mails with TOM a new one will on the way today,just another reason to deal
    with them, was just two weeks to 3 years,was all set to fork over for a new one, got a early xmas present.

    Tom and Ron are providing fantastic customer service. No 2 ways about it. Getting to deal with hands on owners is a rare opportunity and Tom and Ron take it one customer at a time. This is a great story and an example of how you build great customer loyalty.

    I own 2 SVS products and all of my questions have been answered and assistance provided cheerfully.
