The PB12-ISDv uses the same cabinet and porting arrangement as its more expensive brethren the PB12-Plus and PB12-Ultra. The native tune point is 20 Hz with all three ports open, and you have the option of tuning lower to 16 Hz by plugging a port and adjusting the tune switch.

The PB12-ISD uses a smaller/different cabinet and a single 4" port which has a fixed tune of about 22-23 Hz.

Personally I think the ISDv will offer more performance value and flexibility if you have the space for the larger cabinet. Tuned to 16 Hz it will play considerably deeper than the PB12-ISD with about the same overall port area.
