Sorry no one got to your question. Really just a few inches is enough. If you can keep an inch or two from either side, and 4 inches in the rear you are good to go.

Well, we'll have some pics of our next "end table" (AKA for WAF sensitive, a box shaped SVS ;^) on the site tonight. They are a bit rough (and the photo sample was and engineering prototype) but it's about 95% common with the full production version now being assembled for final testing and package design.
While still not an SVS "micro sub" some had wanted... for folks that want an attractive "no holds barred" box sub in a still semi-rational sized package, (but can't quite fit a B4-Plus into their budget or their room), the PB2-Plus might fit the bill.
Look for a bit on the SVS News page late tonight, with pre-order info to follow as we nail the production of the first batch of enclosures.
