Anyone running one ... Part of my new WAF family room will be carpeted but not where the SVS will sit ... I'd thought about putting it on a marble slab ...

C'mon ... Give me your input ye' masters of the SVS ...

There's 3 small hard rubber pads on the baseplate...so you should be fine on a hard floor.If you like, you could always put a small square of carpeting under the sub? I wouldn't worry about a *marble* pad or anything unless it was based on aesthetics.
