Some of you might have seen my other thread describing my problem with my PB12-ISD/2 (PB2-ISD). Ron responded within an hour, and after emailing SVS Tom also responded very quickly. They suspected a bad amp, and they didn't make me jump through hoops to get a new one, just sent it out the very next day no questions asked. I received and installed the new amp today (it was very easy) and I am very happy to report everything is working again. So there you have it... not only are their subs outstanding but so is their service. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking to buy a new sub. I know if I am ever in the market for a new sub (and I don't see how since the one I have sounds so great) I'm going with SVS again.
