If you want deep over loud, the 16-49 PCx line was made just for you I would go with a plus instead of the PCi since you lose a little volume with every step down in Hz tuning. With a plus you can just increase the gain a bit and get them both...

Hi Garrett,

It will depend on what you are looking for from the two, the 20-39 will troll lower and stronger in the 20hz and below than the 25-31. The 25-31 will play louder than the 20-39 25hz up. There is no such thing as a free lunch, it's trade off (SPL's) due to the tunes of the two. I chose the 20-39PC+ because Tom & Ron said due to my room and needs it would be the best fit. Worked out so well added another (my needs grew) hope this helps.
