Hey all,

I've been doing some video editing and have encountered some trouble with playback.

I captured some images from my digital camera and used some software to convert it to the svcd format.

I played the video on the computer with no problems, but when I play the video on my dvd player skips are noticeable whenever I moved the camera in the video.

Do any of you have any idea how to solve this or what could be causing it?

More detail about these "skips" would help, but what I found is that while my player (Samsung M301) would play the SVCDs I made, it seemed to be having trouble keeping up. Maybe this is what you mean.

I cut the bit rate from 2550, which is what my video editor wanted to use, to 2500, and this cured the problem.

I would be VERY interested to know if this works for you!
