I remember thinking how the "It's-a me, a-Mario!" in Mario 64 was ridiculous in 1996 so if he still was a-talkin'-a like that, I think people might be offended today.

Before I would have rather watched paint dry than see this movie but now I want to see it just to support a movie that runs a sane length.

Did anyone actually think critics were going to give a Mario Brothers movie a good rating regardless of the quality?

I've watched the trailers and ot looks like a for the fans type of film; although, apparently, even they have been complaining about the voice acting and a "woke soundtrack". Whatever the f*** that is supposed to mean.
