Hi I have an SGR – DH 520 Sony AV receiver and I need to plug in HDMI input to be output a component video but it's not working I'm trying to Chang the setup but it's kind of hard to figure out what to turn in and off. Any suggestions

You are trying to down convert HDMI to component?
That feature doesn't even exist on $4000 AVR.
