Sunfire III vs B&K 50 (1 Viewer)

I have narrowed my choices for a new processor down to the Sunfire III or the B&K 50. They both seem pretty similar with many of the same features. My choice may come down to which I can find cheaper. Does anyone have any experience with either? Which would have the better overall sound quality? Any/All comments would be appreciated.

I've always seen the B&K as being much more flexable. Instead of just looking at advertizing download both owners manuals and do a little reading. I ended up with ten manuals from ten preamps and it still took me a couple of months to decide on the B&K.
