A lack of options which remotely interested me led me to Summer Camp last night. I didn't bother looking at any reviews or scores; by the trailer, I already knew what I was getting myself into.

Summer Camp is stupid, unbelieveable, underwhelming, absolutely silly and something I never need to see again. There's a crazy amount of "name" actors here: Kathy Bates, Alfre Woodard, Beverly D'Angelo, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy, Dennis Haysbert, Josh Peck and Nicole Ritchie. Those names alone should mean a half-way decent movie.

This is not half-way decent. Outside of the first ten minutes showcasing how the three leads met, nothing that happens is believeable. I'm not going to sit here and recount all the ways this movie goes sideways; that's a fool's errand.

Skip, skip and skip.
