Yes, studios often set dates that you are not permitted to publish reviews before.

Because breaking street date doesn't matter for customers in the UK and elsewhere who aren't supposed to have the disc period
The real genesis of this policy is so that the reviews and the fact it's coming out are fresh in people's minds

its kinda cool though when you order through the web here in the uk. You can usually get stuff 2 weeks before their release date.

etailers that break street date aren't concerned where they're shipping to, the place I bought this shipped this title to the US last week also.
