Okay...My new Axiom M40s come tomorrow and the placement is going to screw up where I have my subwoofer. Right now I have my sub in the left corner of the room, but when I get the speakers...the left channel will be placed in front of the current subwoofer position. Should I leave the subwoofer behind the speaker, or move it between my TV and right channel? I have no other options, and I wasn't sure if having the subwoofer blocked by a speaker is such a good idea.

Thanx guys.

Matt, having a speaker in front of your sub shouldn't hurt anything at all as long as the sub can "breath".

Try every possible spot in the room, if you haven't already. Even if you have to string together a bunch of cables to do it.

But I agree with John, proximity is moot. It may/may not be important.

Okay sweet. The speakers should be here sometime today, so I'll go wild moving the sub around and listening to the podrace scene of TPM, hehe.

Thanx guys...I don't know what I'd do without this forum.
