Several issues ago in Stereophile Guide to Home Theater there was a positive review of the Subwoofer Optimizer
System. This, according to the manufacturer and the
reviewer, acts to 'attenuate an audio system's major room
mode resonance to provide significant improvement in
measured and subjective bass performance.' It cost $300
and fits between your receiver or pre/pro and your subwoofer amp. Does anyone have this, and if so, how do
you like it? It sounds like a worthwhile addition to me,
concidering the less than ideal situations in most home
theaters. Thanks. Fred.
