Subwoofer for small room (1 Viewer)

Ok, I posted before on developing a HT for my 12X12 small room...the ceiling height is 9 feet and it has tile floor. I am getting a Denon 1803 and am leaning toward a JBL S-Series set up. If I go with this set up I will need a subwoofer (unlike with my other finalists, Take 5.2 and AR HC6s).

What type of subwoofer would you guys recommend for this small of a room and one that would fit into my budget

SONY SA-WM40 is a good entry level, but I will consider saving an extra $100 to buy an SVS 25-31PCi.

My vote is for the Hsu VTF-2, I really enjoy mine!

The Adire Rava for $399 and the Titanic 10 kit for $350 are two of the best out there in that price range.
