Subharmonic Sythesizer on surrounds? (1 Viewer)

I use a pair of PW-2200's on my rear stage.
I am planing on experimenting with adding an Audio Control PCA III to the surrounds to mix in some 17½-35Hz subharmonics.
What are others opinions on this?

Are you already mixing subharmonics on the main LFE track? If not, I would start there first since a pair of PW-2200s is more than adequate bass for the rear stage

Yes, I have been using a PCA on the LFE track for a few years now. I calibrate the LFE channels output to the same level as the others after the subharmonics have been added in.
I just thought using a PCA on the surrounds might be interesting.

I have been experimenting with using a PCA on my surrounds for a few weeks now.
It is giving me a fuller rear stage in the bass department.
