Sub Settings (1 Viewer)

I'm getting ready to hook up my newly purchased Paradigm System. This is my first HT system so I was curious if anyone had any suggestions on where to start with sub settings, ie freq. cut off, etc. I'm running Monitor 7's, cc-370, adp-370, and a PS-1200. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
