I have a Velodyne F1800 and the driver blew a week or so ago. I am wondering if I get a new driver for the velodyne or get a new sub and possibly use amp from Velodyne.

I talked to Ron at SVS and he recommended the 20-39CS-Plus, which is in same price range as new driver.

Any help would be appreciated on this tough decision.

The sub is for a hometheater use and some music.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

I have a svs 2039 PCi and an F1200 velodyne....I would not even think about it- get the svs! At the time, my velodyne was the best bang for the buck. Now I believe that honor is held by SVS.

Nobody has any opinions about what to do. I am open to suggestions. Even other subs.

    Thanks,
    Nathan
