So I finally got ahold of the enclosure for my Tempest, and everything is up and running mighty fine...but the thing's a beast (18" sonotube, almost 6' long), so I want to stand it up in the corner. With the ceiling being only a foot away, will that create any problems? And I'll just stick some wood on each corner and elevate it, but should I put the driver or port side facing down...does it matter? And depending on which side I use, is there a minimum height I should make the legs?

Thanks all...I love the sub and the bass, but the aesthetics certainly leave a little to be desired.

If I remember correctly, the Tempest gets its "best liniar dispersion" when mounted downfiring. I remember reading this in the Adire stuff somewhere.
