Hi,

I had the front wood panel of a Klipsch unglue and vibrate out of the casing (see picture). I can put it back in, but in use, it vibrates loudly. All the wires are still plugged in correctly.

Suggestions? I have some Gorilla glue, would using that to glue it back in work?

I'm not a fan of the expanding Gorilla Glue. If it expands too much along the sides, it may bow them out.

I suggest laying the box on it's back. Have someone hold the front panel high enough so that you can apply a liberal amount of Tightbond II glue to all 4 sides. Push the front baffle back into the box until it touches the stops. If you have clamps, clamp the sides. Wait 24 hours and the baffle will never fall out.
