I have 2 AT 350 subs and one seems to have died. The pilot light which is supposed to be green with a detected signal now stays like reddish yellow. No signal or standby should be red but it never changes color anymore. I've switched fuses, power cords, power outlets, sub cables, etc to no avail. I called up AT and they say ship it out to them and that alone could mean a good $50. This is not to mention these babies are already out of warranty (12mo. old for powered spkrs) so I have not idea how much this would cost me.
I am now hoping the HTF members have an idea to the problem. I am also crossing my fingers that I could fix it on my own.
Any ideas are welcome.

Sounds like a thermal overload or short is causing the sub to go into protection mode.
How hot was the sub/amp when this happened?
Is it hooked up via line-level inputs or RCA low-level inputs?
It is possible something inside the amp has gone and it went into protection mode to keep any further damage from occuring.
