My reciver only has a single cable LFE out put for a sub. No speaker level. So does this mean that my sub is getting two crossovers? The receivers and the Subs? Or is just my subs adjustable crossover active?

That depends on your sub. Some subs can bypass their internal x-over so that only the one from the receiver is used. If your sub doesn't have this feature, set the sub's x-over to it's highest point.

Its a JBL E250 its has an LFE switch. If thats on does it just use the recievers internal x-over? If so should I try and Bypass it to get a lower x-over?
