All,

If I should have posted this in the speaker thread, I apologize. I have been a member here for a while now, and have read a lot of posts, most of them helping me out in little ways. I'm by far not new to home theater, but just brain dead sometimes with simple things. I have a H/K AVR 325. There is a setting for sub crossover. Do I need to have my sub set on the same signal as receiver is set? I haven't had any sound issues, but just keep tweaking my system from time to time.

Thanks in advance,

Vince

If you use the receivers crossover then there is no reason to use the subs. Turn the sub crossover all the way to the highest freq. you can to get it out of the way.
The idea here is to let one or the other device peform crossover duties but not both.
