sub connector for DIY (1 Viewer)

What type of connector would I need for connecting an inwall RG6 cable run for a sub. I want to terminate the ends and connect them to wall plates. Then I will run seperate cables from the plates to sub and receiver. Will I lose anything from this type of connection rather than just one long run. I know they are RCA plugs but where can I get these connectors and are they easy to install. Thanks

I use a RG6 F type to RCA adapter in the plate then use my sub LFE cable from the plate to the sub. You won't lose anything with a quality connector. If you aren't using a true LFE cable and are using RG6 then use this F to RCA male adapter to connect to the sub amp.
