Stupid question about calories and my treadmill (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone. My treadmill has a "feature" that tells me how many calories a 120 lbs person burned for the given workout. I can't change the weight. Since I weight a bit :D more than that, am I burning more calories, less calories, or the same? Anyone know how to figure it out?

Thanks,
Steve

Hello, Steve. The heavier you are the more calories you burn...

Here is an article with a chart of calories burned for different activities/different weight:
Calories Chart

Here is a link to a calorie calculator based on time of activities (this is based on a 150 pound person):
Calorie Calculator

I had found these from a yahoo search under their health section.

Robert (at 168 lbs)
