I think they might be up on other digital stores as well though I’m unable to check. This is the first time these films have been available on digital. They will also be available on HBO Max whenever that launches.

Looks like they’re $20 per movie in Canada and are the English dubbed versions.

Edit: Looks the subs are also there. They’re under extras.

Available everywhere. iTunes, vudu etc. Too steep a price for me to bite at $19.99.

I’ll wait till they hit $9.99.

I doubt they will ever drop that low, but it would be nice. I really want them, but couldn't spend that much. I want a bundle of 10 for 99.99

Subscription streaming rights to the Studio Gibli library were recently acquired by HBO Max for their launch in May. Putting them out on digital platforms was inevitable after that happened, but if you don't want to buy them all, they will be included with that subscription soon enough.

Miyazaki has been very reluctant to allow the Gibli films to appear on streaming before now. I wonder what changed his mind.
