strange vid distortion.. help

    Im getting this weird distortion that i never noticed b4 on this movie. this is the first time i watched it though on the 2 month old 65H80.. The pics can be big.. The pics were taked with the vid paused but it looks just the same when in motion. Havent found it on any other discs that im aware of..

    Don't feel bad, Brian. Most of the traffic about SPR would have scrolled off by now; it was concentrated around the time the disc was released, which was about 2 years ago. Every so often the question resurfaces.
    Think of it this way: Your new set is so much of an improvement over what it replaced that you're seeing things in films you never noticed before. [​IMG]

    I think they used digital lens flare effects to give it a more documentary style as if gunk was on the camera lens smearing the picture, or the f stop on the camera was set wrong. Just one observation.
