stereo volume potentiometer (1 Viewer)

i am looking for a simple circuit diagram(or instructions) that will show me how to wire a stereo potentiometer. also where to find one.

i am using the pot inbetween my computer sound card output and a 2 channel stereo amplifier. what pot could i use and how would i wire it?

parts express has a pot titled "switching potentiometer DPDT push/pull #023-122 that i am not yet allowed to post the url.
it comes in both 500k or 250k.
which should i get?
is there another pot i should be looking into?

has some Nobel 10K 250K pot for 20 bucks and i have heard good things, as for a schematic

I think if you do some searches on google you can find some schematics.
