I want to make mattes for my TV but it's a direct view and I'm not going to glue velcro on the TV. Is there any possible way to just use a black static sticker and put it on the screen like how car window stickers work? Any other options for a sony 32HV600, it's an odd shape so I cant attatch them to the sides.

I used plain old construction paper/thin poster board for my mattes on my Sony 32". When I put them up to size it, they just stuck there on their own so I never bothered with the velcro I bought. They worked for like 6 months and then they just stopped sticking for some reason (they lost their staticness). I just use a small piece of scotch tape now to hold it (only the top one). Works fine and doesn't leave any marks.
