1. On Dish, Showtime, HBO, & PPV, + CBS for those who can get it. On DTV, HBO, HDNet, & PPVFV&NW (PPV for vampires & night watchmen). Is that all there is?
2. Which of these have DD5.1?
Thanks,
Dan

That's all, unless you count the demo channel on one of the two Dish HD satellites.
All HD is broadcast in DD, but it can be, and often is, DD stereo. Dish HBO-HD/Showtime-HD have most/some of their movies in DD 5.1. I think all CBS is DD stereo. Presumably the Dish pay-per-view channel is DD 5.1 mostly, but I've never bought a movie.
The Dish pay-per-view channel is nearly worthless, by the way, since they play one awful movie for a week and then another awful movie for a week and then usually back to the previous awful movie for a week. Yeah, I noticed that Dish had started actually listing HD-PPV on-line.
Blow was not that bad of a movie. S&S sucked, but hey, if you're gonna watch something in HD it may as well be cheerleaders. The other 2 I haven't seen yet.
At first glance, this schedule looks more like the PPV HD porn channel.
