My wife is a casino enthusiast. In normal times we stay at the Senica casino twice a month for free and usually have free Buffett. I don’t gamble (— no luck at all! ) My perk is the contents of my PO Box. So far, in a couple of years she has basically broken even. She saves her winnings in a pot to use for next time. Almost all our shopping is done in the Niagara Falls area. We are careful shoppers and even with our low dollar get great bargains. Some of my Blu rays are often double the price in CND. Therefor it is well worth the drive and we are really missing it now.

My friend is a casino person too and he's going nuts not being able to gamble. I do have to wonder how this pandemic is affecting gamblers as many of them should be going through withdraw by now.

I don't know it it's legal across the country but here in Pennsylvania, I see tons of commercials for online gambling. Nice to see that the gaming industry has found a way to still prey on people even in tough times.

My wife has vowed never to do on line gambling. It is just too easy to get in trouble. She can play lots of other casino type games on her iPad without a need to risk any real money.

Different question -- is the border completely shut down except for emergency use or is it just harder to do so. Can families cross to visit relatives or if you live on one side, but are an 1st Responder/RN/MD working on the other (or both sides) is that allowed?

I believe both countries are still allowing their own citizens in, so dual citizens with two passports would be able to cross back and forth. Not that it's adviseable.

I love Star Wars.
Watched this disc the other night. Looks great.

my wife hadn’t seen the film yet and she liked it as well. We both noted that even though it is a long movie in duration it doesn’t feel that way while watching.

I enjoy the film more each time I see it. Similar to my experience with the last Jedi.

Something to keep an eye on: apparently Disney started putting the new slipcases onto old stock of The Last Jedi UHD discs. This leads to the discs inside not having all of the special features advertised on the slipcase such as the isolated score.

I noticed I now have the isolated score digitally. I bought the original last Jedi release in UHd Blu Ray.

The isolated score has been part of the digital release since it originally came out for home viewing; what’s new is that it’s now on the disc in the box set, where prior to that it was a digital only bonus.
