I was wondering if we in the UK might see "Enterprise" on DVD before any other ST series. Paramount have traditionally given us the videos before even Satellite/Cable and I'd imagine they can't ignore the DVD market when they start this up for 'Enterprise'. I'd guess it must be due early next year.
Of course, going by the other three we'll have to wait 3 series of it before it gets any good. Will it be filmed 16x9?

I assume it's shot 16:9, I think it's a shame UPN isn't showing it widescreen in the US from the git go.
I'd say it's a possibility that they'll release episodes, but I wouldn't count on it. Paramount seems to like to keep their catalog consistant across regions

They WILL release episodes in shops first but I guess it will be VHS only then. Interesting to see what sort of effect that has. I am still hopeful that given the average sci-fan's likelihood of switching to DVD they will be forced to release DVD also. Paramount's record isn't good over here, though.
Incidentally, there is already a disparity between the Trek regions. I understood that the next Trek series in the U.S. wouldn't be the same series we get over here (I think we might get Voyager and you'll get TNG or something).
I don't even think we have the orignal series out over here yet.
