    Hello,

I want to split the audio signal coming from my DTV box to go into my Denon 3803 and my Panasonic plasma. Reason being, I'd like to just turn on the tv and watch the news and not have the whole system running.

Is it as simple as getting a rca splitter and splitting the DTV output or is there a better way?

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

A pair of “y” splitters will do the job.

Connect the DTV receiver to your A/V receiver via optical cable and connect the DTV receiver to the plasma via RCA stereo cables.
