Splitter for ethernet cable ? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone recommend a good/cheap splitter for an ethernet cable? I can't squeeze another cable to where I need it, so I need to use a 2 to 1 splitter. Thanks.

Thanks Sam. So what I need is a switch then. I definitely don't like the second one. I would like at least 3 ports in case I add something down the road.
