The extras on the three different versions they will inevitably end up having?

Just completed it. I know that the extras are probably going to suck anyways, but I hope they they somewhat pay attention to this survey.

Me too - told them to use the LOTR:EEs as their reference.

Based on their questions though, they are not even thinking in the same ball park.

I did the survey and emphasized DTS track as a top priority for me and deleted scenes/extended edition of the movie. Dunno how much it will help, but I tried.

I told them to include a Superbit Deluxe version from the start, and not to expect consumers to buy the same movie over and over again.

I said I'd like a pretty mediocre SPIDERMAN 2 dvd, with some boring commentaries and a couple of shallow promo docs right now. And then I'd like the chance to buy the same set again in about two years - only with a third disc of trailers for Spidey 3, the Spiderman 3 game and about fifteen minutes of crappy featurettes.

    A long shot, I know - but here's hoping ! [IMG]

Hopefully they'll get a lot of responses, like mine, saying they will absolutely not buy the upcoming Deluxe edition, since they have the original release and the so-called "deluxe" edition is nothing more than a sequel cash-in fluff.
