Does anyone else remember reading awhile ago about a 2 disc set of this David Fincher movie with Michael Douglas? I remember reading it was scheduled for a May release a long time ago, but now I can't find a thing about it. I even traded in my copy of the original in anticipation.

there is no special edition coming out anytime soon.

a few months back there was talk that citerion picked it up and was gonna make a 2 disc special edition, but was just a rumor. so anyways doesn't look like there will be anything anytime soon. But hopefully one of these days we'll get a nice speical edition.

In the meantime, if you can do PAL and multi-region, check out the R2. Bare-bones, but it's anamorphic
