I have a Denon 1603 (80 watts x5). I will probably be keeping my PDR12 Sub and Atom rears for Now. I am ready to do listening tests and get some new fronts (and a center form the same manufacturer). I want to spend about 1000 USD ($1500 Canadian) for the fronts and a center.
I know I need to listen for myself but there are so many choices. Could I get some suggestions of what to comapre from Paridigm, Energy, PSB, Monitor Audio, B&W, Tannoy , Jamo and Axiom are all available locally. Online ordering is not really an option as the US exchange rate and shipping costs make it actually MORE expensive than local dealers.

Thanks for suggestions on what to check out.

If you're stern on the 600 usd budget, then I'd say check out the Axiom M22's and VP150. For the price I don't think they can be beat, but everybody has their own opinion/preferences. I'm sure other's can chime in on the other manufacturers(not too familiar with all of them).
