My B&W speakers are pulling down the quality of my system. Suggestions on higher quality replacements?

The following is my current setup.

Speakers:
SVS PB2+ Sub
Thiel CS 3.5 main fronts - 2 each - 4 ohm
B&W CC6 S2 front centers - 2 each - 8 ohm
B&W DM602 S2 floor rears - 2 each - 8 ohm
B&W CDS6 S2 ceiling rears - 2 each - 8 ohm

Components:
Anthem AVM-20 Series II Digital Processor
Anthem MCA-5 Series II Amplifier - 200 watts per channel
Anthem MCA-3 Series II Amplifier - 200 watts per channel
Pioneer DV45-A DVD Player
Better cables – balanced interconnects, sub cable & DVD optical
Speaker cables – M1’s for mains and Audioquest Type 4 to all B&W speakers

I've been checking out Paradigm on the web. I've never auditioned Paradigm. Would they be a night and day difference over my B&W's?

My Thiel's are 15 years old but sound a ton better than my B&W's. Keep the Thiel's or let them go?

By selling off my beamers I could spend $2500 on new speakers. If I sell off the Thiel's also I could go $3300

I would keep the Thiels and look for some used Thiels to replace them. Maybe a 1.5 or 1.6 in the back. They do make a "home theater" speaker that you could use in the rear or center position as well.
