I have towers for surrounds, and I think I want to try to raise them 4 - 8 inches off of the floor.

I need something like 12" by 18" (by 4-8"). A trip to the local hardware store to just make something would work (2x4's and plywood, or some bricks with just some plywood over the top), but I was curious if anyone else knew of options. I know about Sound Anchors, any others?

    Thanks!

I have sometimes gone to the larger HdWr stores and picked up the larger wooden circles and painted them black or to match.

These can have any amount of circles (stacked) or you can elevate them easily by "screwing and glueing" 2x4s or other underneath.

They come in different sizes and look rather cool with speakers on top of them.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about! [IMG] Actually, even just stacking those flat (inch or so thick) concrete stepping stone things would work too. Cool...
